Most of the items at Kassel University Library are freely accessible. Items that are found at your own pick-up location can therefore not be requested. You will have to go to the respective shelf yourself and borrow the item at one of the self-service machines.

However, if the title details state that the item is in the closed stacks, you will have to request it. The same applies to items that are not found at your pick-up location. For this, you also use the Request link to use the internal loan service.
