UPTD BLKI Manpower and Transmigration South Sumatra Province has the tasks of workforce skills training in various industrial fields. The information system of the new education and training can be done quickly, though the amount of data and reports included relatively much can be achieved as much as possible so that errors in completing the report can be resolved better. Software development using the waterfall method. Development starts from the analysis, design, implementation, testing. Implementation of information systems education and training to use the software as Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and SQL Server 2000 as the database server-based client. Testing is done by using black box testing. The results provide convenience to the staff in theprocess of presenting information and processing data in UPTD BLKI Manpower and Transmigration South Sumatra Province.
