Cilj ovog rada je izrada aplikacije koja prikazuje neke od osnovnih parametara performansi Oracle baze podataka u svrhu što jednostavnijeg nadzora tih parametara od strane korisnika, tj. administratora baze podataka. U uvodnom dijelu rada prikazan je teoretski koncept Oracle baze podataka s naglaskom na strukturu memorije. Opisane su glavne memorijske strukture (SGA, PGA, UGA, SCA.) kao i podjela na fizičku i logičku strukturu. Nakon toga objašnjeno je upravljanje memorijom. Drugi dio rada opisuje instalaciju programske podrške (Oracle 19 c baza podataka, Oracle SQL Developer, Visual Studio 2017) kao i izradu aplikacije za Windows okruženje koristeći programski jezik C# . Za dohvaćanje podataka iz baze instaliran je Oracle-ov paket ODAC. Aplikacija je programirana u C# programskom jeziku koji dolazi kao dio Visual Studija. Pokazan je pristup podatcima Oracle baze u svrhu prikaza performansi baze ispisanih na Windows formama. ; The aim of this work is to show development of application that displays some of the basic performance parameters of the Oracle database to users (database administrators -DBAs) who take a care for data base performances. In the introductory part of the paper, the theoretical concept of the Oracle database is presented with an emphasis on the structure of memory. The main memory structures (SGA, PGA, UGA, SCA .) are described as well as the division into physical and logical structure. Then memory management is explained. The second part of the paper describes the installation of software (Oracle 19 c database, Oracle SQL Developer, Visual Studio 2017) as well as the development of the application for the Windows environment using the C # programming language. The latest version of Oracle 19c is installed on a computer. Oracle's ODAC package is installed to retrieve data from the database.
