The article reports that the software firm Sun Microsystems Inc. is to offer free access to its Java server suite and management software, which it is bundling with its Solaris operating system. The software being offered for free is the Java Enterprise System server middleware, Java development tools and the N1 management software. The free products will be used to create the Solaris Enterprise System.
