Treffer: Python-based ansys application for concrete-filled steel tubes.
Weitere Informationen
The ultimate loads, strain behaviour, deformation behaviour, and complex failure modes of light gauge steel members are all predicted by the FEA method. This model examines the non-linearity of the material as well as local and overall buckling. The axial strain in nano-silica CFST columns was 20 % higher than in plain CFST columns. Due to the usage of modified nano-silica concrete, the strength was increased, ranging from 1.02 % to 1.13 % above the CFST columns with plain concrete. This paper presents a Python-based model for automatically simulating CFST columns under various loads, reducing the need for repeated work. The outcomes indicated that the deflection at mid-height is less than the plain concrete specimen. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
