In this paper, we present a new formulation for DEA model in symmetric trapezoidal fuzzy environment in particular we formulate and solve the model that is introduced by Charnes, Cooper and Rhodes (CCR model) which is one of the well know DEA models that used with applications in different multi criteria decision making problems. Also, this formulation is based on some new ranking formulas that presented recently to formulate and solve some optimization problems with symmetric fuzzy numbers. Moreover, using these ranking formulas we transform the fuzzy CCR model into crisp model and then the solution for this model can be obtained easily using some optimization solver such as Quantitative Systems for Business which known as (WIN QSB) solver or Matlab code.
