Technology is developing rapidly and improving our way of life. People want to live a rich life with less physical activity. Here we present a web-based application called "Auto Serve Pro". The system was designed to help cars run better than existing systems. The portal will enable all vehicle users to easily communicate and receive services. Auto Serve Pro will manage all the details of its customers, employees, vehicles, and inventory. Monitors and controls all services provided to customers to maintain quality. According to the analysis of existing systems, such systems have some disadvantages, such as the need for customers to go to the bus station to provide service. Storing all data and information manually is time-consuming, error-prone, and impossible. Therefore, to eliminate the shortcomings of the current system, "Auto Serve Pro" was designed to help people easily meet their needs. This article explains the structure, process, and operation of AUTO SERVE PRO. This is a prime example of converting the old manual into a new and reliable method that can be used to transfer data to the computer in less time for effective management.
