According to Regulation No. 1 of 2021, issued by the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, companies are evaluated based on their performance in environmental management, with Social Return on Investment (SROI) being one of the critical criteria. This study aims to identify the impact of the Pujasera Energi Culinary, a community empowerment program from Pertamina Patra Niaga Aviation Fuel Terminal Ahmad Yani, on the social, economic, and environmental conditions of Tambakharjo Village. The culinary village, with 326 residents living below the poverty line, was created to achieve a lasting impact. Our study using the SROI method findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the Pujasera Energi Culinary program in creating a positive and impactful change in the Tambakharjo area.
