Abstract: The purpose of this article is to share the implementation of an inpatient virtual nursing program that utilized existing equipment and resources. Following challenges and staff dissatisfaction with the initial process, the virtual nursing committee reassessed and revised the program. The second implementation was successful, as evidenced by improved patient experience scores and positive staff surveys.
