This study investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of managed and unmanaged templates in programming languages, focusing on PascalABC.NET and Python. The research analyzes the role of CST (Concrete Syntax Tree) and AST (Abstract Syntax Tree) in compiler design and compares template instantiation mechanisms in both languages. While PascalABC.NET implements reified generics that preserve type information at runtime, Python relies on type erasure and dynamic duck typing, leading to flexible but less predictable type behavior. The study also explores semantic transformation, PCU (Compiled Unit) storage, and CI/CD-based verification of compiler components. The proposed comparative framework contributes to modern compiler theory and provides insights for designing cross-paradigm language models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
