The transformation of Education 4.0 presents both obstacles and opportunities. Education 4.0 is a new approach to the education system that utilizes technology. Technology-based learning media can be a means for teachers to convey information that encourages meaningful learning. The application of interactive learning media can encourage students to be active and creative, making learning more effective and efficient. The aim of this study is to develop interactive learning media assisted by Lumio by Smart to enhance mathematical literacy on maximum- and minimum-value materials. This research is research and development. The research development model employs the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The participants of this study were 27 students majoring in Mathematics Education at Universitas Negeri Malang, class of 2023. This study included media validation sheets, learning implementation observation sheets, and response questionnaires as instruments. The results of the study revealed that the interactive educational media developed met valid and practical criteria. The validity test result was 3.3, which is categorized as valid. The practical test result obtained from the response sheet scores was 4.29, which is categorized as very good. Furthermore, the observation implementation result was 91.30, also categorized as very good. The use of learning media assisted by Lumio by Smart can enhance students' interest and enthusiasm in learning maximum and minimum values. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
