Weitere Informationen
This research aims to describe the development of the "Jelajah Solo" learning media, a tool that is deeply rooted in the local culture and uses local elements for data and diagram material. It also analyzes its validity and feasibility in supporting the improvement of mathematical literacy among seventh-grade junior high school students. The research method used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation); however, this study was conducted only up to the implementation stage. The research subjects consist of six eighth-grade students and a mathematics teacher from a private school in the Teras subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The data were collected through questionnaires. Validation by two experts indicated that the media is valid, with an average score of 3.3. Feasibility testing based on student questionnaires showed an average score of 3.2, categorized as practical, while the teacher gave an average score of 3.8, categorized as very practical. This learning media is deemed suitable and adequate for culturally and locally contextualized mathematics instruction, providing a sense of belonging and relevance to the students.
