Treffer: Retraction: New results for construction codes arised from K – Span in PG(3,17).

The main aim of this paper is to construction codes arised from complete k – span where K=q2-nq +1 in PG (3,17). All calculation is by MATLAB 2019 program. The Publisher is retracting the conference proceedings volume titled "4th International Scientific Conference of Alkafeel University (ISCKU 2022)"1. After an investigation by the conference organizers and the Publisher, it was revealed that the peer review conducted by the conference committee was compromised and there was evidence of citation manipulation.
