In the article, on the example of a rolling machine, a system for automatic detection and control of the loads of working bodies of technological machines has been developed. Tensometric and photoelectric methods for determining the kinematic and dynamic parameters of the working bodies of technological machines have been created. Also, the possibilities of analyzing received signals using Mathlab App Design and creating a control program based on normative values were revealed. Numerical values of the torque and angular velocity during the operation of the roller lathe were entered into the proposed system, and the performance of the system was studied. Based on the results of the research, it was found that it is possible to increase the service life of the working bodies of the valet lathe through the automatic load control system.
